Your vision, made simple.

A note for the reader

For the small business owner who’s been told to “use AI” — but never told how. We translate, install, and stay with you until it works.

§ 01 — Premise

Most small businesses don’t have a tech problem. They have a translation problem. Tools bought in panic. Apps that don’t speak to each other. AI no one knows how to start with.

We sit between the spreadsheet and the strategy deck — and quietly make everything fit.

§ 02 — Disciplines

Three practices,
one quiet system.

i.
Business Systems
Audit the stack, then make it talk. We design integrations with tools like n8n, standardize the processes that need it, and wire your day-to-day systems into the AI you’re already paying for.

ii.
Revit & BIM
Train your team on Revit and modern BIM workflows — standards, cloud collaboration, custom ribbons. We’ll build out the models you need, and we teach how AI is reshaping the discipline and which tools belong in your stack.

iii.
AI Adoption
Plain-language translation for owners who feel behind — with a real harness underneath. We map where AI fits your business, teach your team, and stand up the second brain you can actually talk to.

§ 03 — Process

Four moves. No drama.

One01

Listen

A 45-minute call. We learn how the work actually moves through your business — not how the org chart says it does.

Two02

Map

A written assessment: where friction lives, which tools earn their seat, what to retire, what to add.

Three03

Install

We set things up, train your team in plain language, and make sure each tool has a clear job.

Four04

Stay

We don’t disappear. Light-touch support while the habits set — usually 60 to 90 days.

“If you’re not using AI to use AI, are you really using AI?”
— Brian Scott, Founder
§ 04 — The AI Harness

A second brain, in four parts.

We don’t stop at “use ChatGPT more.” We help you stand up the harness — the structural rig that turns AI from a chat window into a system your business actually runs on, and one you can talk to.

i. The plumbing

MCPs

Standardized connectors that let AI talk to your tools — your inbox, your CRM, your project files — without copy-paste in the middle.

ii. The hands

Agents

Workers that close loops on their own — draft, file, follow up, report — instead of waiting for the next prompt.

iii. The toolbelt

Skills

Reusable instructions and workflows the AI can pick up and apply the same way every time — not reinvented per chat.

iv. The brain

Memory

A persistent place for what’s been said, decided, and learned — so you don’t start from zero each session.

§ 05 — The founder

Brian Scott,
in plain English.

Brian Scott works where construction meets software and AI.

He came up through precast concrete — drafting, BIM coordination, pour scheduling — and spent eight years training production crews, work that now extends into the classroom at Old Dominion University, where he teaches BIM in the construction engineering program.

He founded HelpMeBIM to bring that same hands-on approach to shop owners, contractors, and small firms who want real capability upgrades without the vendor pitch. HMB covers AI adoption, system integrations, BIM consulting, and the operational glue that holds growing shops together.

Send a note. Brian reads it.
